Oct 26 Update: Big news, SLO — we’re getting our own kitchen!
After 115+ Monday Night Takeouts, two years of rooftop dinners at Hotel SLO, and countless pop-ups, we’re finally building a home for Sichuan Kitchen SLO.
We aren't planning to do a regular restaurant, but more of a food and culture hub - a place for classes, pop-ups, and dinner parties where food meets story. We'd like to have the space open to other chefs, auntis, grandma's or anyone who has tasty food and a story to share.
We will keep you updated as we move forward.
We’ll be pausing Monday Takeout and Tuesdays at the High Bar while we move in, but we will still be at the Thursday Farmers Market (though we will only be serving wontons on Oct 30 with a discount… " trick or treat!")

MondaysWe are currently relocating our kitchen so Monday Takeout is on hiatus until mid-November.
Normally... Every Monday we do a Takeout Buffet from our kitchen, Myndful Kitchen Collective (977 Foothill Blvd). From 5-8pm Chef Garrett will cook up a variety of seasonal dishes and Sichuan favorites to fill out a self-serve buffet. Take what you want, pay what you want! |

Normally... Every Tuesday you can find us at the roof top High Bar at Hotel SLO from 4:30-8:30pm. Chef Garrett serves up a fresh and exciting menu each week. No reservations required. All ages (and pets) are welcome! |
PopupsWe do popups at different venues in SLO County. We are most known for our noodle and wontons, but we like to change it up too! Follow us on Instagram/ Facebook or check out our calendar for the current schedule.

Another great dining experience by Sichuan Kitchen SLO. We had out of town guests experience the wonderful flavors of Sichuan at our house. Chef Garrett and Coco presented an incredible 10 course dinner...it was outstanding...our friends from OC are going to have Sichuan Kitchen SLO to come down and serve for their family and friends in the near future....if you want a wonderful dining experience at your home, I would encourage you to book their services...you will not be disappointed!"

FARMED FRESH
Centerpiece to any place's homestyle cooking is fresh, quality ingredients. We believe that local, organic produce is not only best for cooking but imperative for one's health too. It is an honor to live on the Central Coast and have access to such a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables and meats. Pairing them with the complex spices and cooking techniques of Sichuan is an absolute joy.
