TuesdaysEvery Tuesday we do a Sichuan inspired popup at The Hotel SLO's roof top High Bar. No reservations necessary. Our 4 to 5 item menu changes weekly. Enjoy amazing views and refreshing drinks with your Sichuan meal!

Centerpiece to any place's homestyle cooking is fresh, quality ingredients. We believe that local, organic produce is not only best for cooking but imperative for one's health too. It is an honor to live on the Central Coast and have access to such a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables and meats. Pairing them with the complex spices and cooking techniques of Sichuan is an absolute joy.
