Japanese Tea Inspired Tasting Menu with Tiny Cafe — A Guided Dinner
This evening tasting is a seated, multi-course dinner exploring matcha and hojicha beyond the teacup. In collaboration with Tiny Café, each course highlights how Japanese green teas can be woven into both savory and sweet dishes.
Throughout the dinner, we’ll share short, informal explanations about the food and tea—covering where the teas come from, how they’re processed, and why certain preparations pair well with specific dishes. The experience is designed to be relaxed and conversational, with time to enjoy each course while learning a bit along the way.
Guests can expect a full tasting menu, guided tea moments, and a deeper appreciation for how tea, technique, and seasonality come together at the table.
